A couple weeks back we attended the incredible Veuve Clicquot Polo Match in New York which is not only a one-of-a-kind champagne filled experience but quite the fashion event. I knew I wanted to wear something true to my style and since my love for lace runs deep it is no surprise that my look of choice involved the feminine fabric (see a few more of my favorite lace dress posts here, here, and here). I found this floral dress online, ordered it, and didn’t really fall for it until I slipped it on. I love the 3D cut-out flowers (of course!), the color combination, and the contrasting black “belt”, if you will. I am already looking forward to the next opportunity to wear it!

Hi, love this dress on you! It’s actually on sale at Nordstrom now! There was only a size 10US left but I heard this dress fits big. If you don’t mind, can you let me know what size you bought? I’m normally a 6US …hope it will fit!

Thank you so much! It is truly one of my most favorite pieces I own and I’m so excited to hear it is now on sale. It definitely does not run big but actually on the smaller size. I am wearing a US0 in this dress and have a US0 in my other Self Portrait dresses, as well. I would say order it and try it – you could always get it tailored if it isn’t a perfect fit or Nordstrom offers free returns. I hope this helps! You will love it!!
