So, it was incredibly windy yesterday! Please excuse my wild hair and wind-blown look. I’m really into the flounce-hem look lately. It gives off the appearance of a layered look without all the bulk. This top is a great neutral staple for everyones closet and looks great with jeans and a dainty necklace. Next time I am going to wear it with patterned pants or a floral skirt.
