Hey guys! I am a bit of a makeup addict. I love it all! Even though I stick to a pretty neutral day-to-day look, experimenting with new products is one of my favorite things to do. So, I figured I should share my newest picks with y’all! Plus, I wanted to go into detail about a few of these products because they are SO cool.
Clinique Mascara – I haven’t purchased clinque in years. When I was in middle school I always enjoyed picking out a lipgloss from there, but kind of grew out of it. This is my first purchase since that era. It is specifically for your bottom lashes. Such a genius idea, right? Whenever I use my normal mascara I get it all over my under eye area that I just concealed. This has fixed that pesky problem!
Lancome Mascara – You GUYS. This mascara vibrates and its so crazy. It is supposed to make your lashes more intense starting from the root to the tip. Now, I can’t say that I notice a huge difference in how my lashes look but I’m loving the innovative idea.
Boing – The perfect, most descriptive word. Also could be named miracle worker. It completely covers up my dark circles and sometimes puffy under eye skin. I am LOVING this product!
NARS Brush – After getting this brush for Christmas (and becoming hooked) I want to expand my NARS brush collection. This one is soft and flexible. The bristles aren’t falling out all over my face either, which is the most annoying thing!
YSL Lipstick – I have a number of these lipsticks. They are more of a tinted chapstick than anything. I love how glossy and moist they leave my lips. If you are looking for a more saturated color, this one is a favorite of mine.
NARS Lipglosses – Love these! The colors are so pretty and great for different occasions. They are very shiny and last up to a couple of hours – no complaints here!
Dior Fluid Stick – Since this is one of my favorites (again, more of a tinted balm) I wanted to try out a more colored version. I like it, but I’m not crazy about it.
Hourglass Blush – Ok, I was first attracted to the pretty colors and packaging. Guilty. And for not being a sparkleson my face kinda girl, I really love this. I think I will love it even more in the summer with a tan. It has a very pretty and subtle shimmer.
Deborah Lipmann Nail Polish – I bought this in the color “Baby Love”. It is a dainty neutral that looks great with anything.
Essie ‘Good to Go’ Topcoat – This is a top coat that dries really fast over your polish on those days when you are running late or impatient. It definitely cuts down on drying time but I always seem to mess up my freshly painted polish.
