I am so excited to be partenering up with Nasty Gal for their City Guides project and show you a few of my favorite spots around Dallas! If you have been following me for a while, you might see that I wear Nasty Gal often and adore the brand. If you aren’t familiar with the brand, they offer a wide range of fun and edgy styles to fit every girl’s needs. And the lady in charge, Sophia Amoruso, is a serious #GirlBoss.
One of my favorite spots (which used to be just down the street from me – dangerous!) is a taco shop called Velvet Taco. They specialize in upscale tacos rather than our usual street taco’s found all around Texas. My favorite is the number 3, or chicken tikka, but you can’t go wrong with anything on their menu.
As a casual place with fun decor, I decided to wear these comfy boyfriend jeans (also love this dark wash) and dress them up with these shoe cult heels. I can’t get enough of cobalt, but the best part about these shoes is how comfortable they are. I can wear them all day without any pain. Oh, and they happen to be on sale now so I suggest you scoop up a pair!
