It’s that time of the year again, as we transition from Spring to Summer, and it can be a challenge to decide what to wear. When you wake up in the morning it’s cool, maybe even breezy, but by mid day the sun is out and shining. My answer to summer dressing is to bring in the romper! Possibly my all time favorite silhouette for reasons like – it can be dressed up or down, the addition of accessories can completely transform the look, and it makes getting dressed effortless.
This floral romper from Nordstrom is ideal for this time of year. I added neutral accessories (my new go-to sunnies and lace up sandals) along with an easy crossbody bag, perfect for on the go. I just wore this look to a brunch on Saturday, but it would also be perfect for a bridal/baby shower, girls night out, or vacation!
I always turn to Nordstrom for new seasonal pieces. Whether it’s a fresh outfit, staple bag, or a classic shoe, Nordstrom always has exactly what I’m looking for (and more!). I love how you can narrow down your selection by price point, size, and even your location to pick up in store! As for summer staples, I would recommend on a few fun dresses (such as this, this, or this), a statement romper (two of my favorites are this one and this one!), a strappy sandal, and a colorful bag.
