Fall Trends With Macy’s

Macys-Fall-Trends-2018

I was honored to speak over the weekend at Macy’s Northpark about upcoming Fall trends and I can’t thank you all enough for coming out to support! It was a wonderful turnout with so many fun activities,  prizes, and of course, the fashion show. Personally, I loved the message of this event so much – Find The Remarkable You. I believe it is so important to find and cherish what makes you, you. What makes you special, unique, and one of a kind! Clothing can be a outward representation of your personality making it so fun and freeing to have your own sense of style. Highlighting what makes you remarkable and sharing how new fashions for the season can further showcase your incredible attributes made this a day I will never forget!

I will always love fashion shows – seeing the latest trends for the upcoming season and making a mental note of how to style and create new looks! For all of you who couldn’t be there, I want to share what you may have missed and what to look out for this season ahead!

Fall Florals

Possibly my favorite trend that we will be seeing this season is fall florals. Think darker, deeper hues as the backdrop for blooming florals. My styling advice? Slip on a fall floral dress like this one and pair it with a little jacket like this and a pair of cute booties! Shop more from this category below!

Menswear Inspired

Structured silhouettes and suiting are borrowed from the boys for this menswear inspired trend. Matching separates like blazers and trousers are fun to wear to the office but equally as cute to mix and match over the weekends. And, just in time for fall, you’ll see plaid, stripes, prints, and more. Take a look below at my favorite picks from this category!

Athleisure | Varsity Vibes

You can’t get more comfortable than embracing the athleisure trend! Think comfy sneakers, varsity stripes, jeans, and backpacks – a total throwback to your college and high school days. For more on this trend, take a look at my picks below!
