What is the one item, as women, that we wear every day but often pay the least attention to? Intimates can be a delicate subject that we tend to avoid or often forget about. But ladies, when was the last time you were measured for these unmentionables?

It wasn’t until recently when I went to Nordstrom and was browsing through the lingerie section that  I realized I couldn’t even remember the last time I was fitted by one of their specialists. I’m embarrassed to say maybe high school? Either way, our bodies change and I figured now was the perfect time. It was the most seamless (and quick!) experience and little did I know, I had been wearing the wrong size! I was literally in and out within 15 minutes with a few new bras (this one and this one!) in hand.
